Qualifications

• Experience in Service Reporting, SLM, or Service Management in complex multi-supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM, supplier governance, and measurement of service performance across multiple suppliers.
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience producing, analysing, and presenting service performance reports, dashboards, SLAs, KPIs, and management information for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for data-led decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Service Reporting and Service Level Management processes across a multi-supplier environment; ensure performance is measured, monitored, and reported against targets.
• Produce, validate, and analyse service performance reports and dashboards for governance forums.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to investigate performance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare data for service reviews and governance meetings; present insights and recommendations.
