Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an SIAM Availability Analyst to oversee availability across a multi‑supplier IT landscape in Manchester. You will monitor and govern service availability to meet resilience targets and improve overall performance.

In this role, you will drive proactive improvements, coordinate with suppliers on incident investigations, and manage governance forums to discuss risk and service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Availability Management, Service Management, or Service Performance within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models.
• Ability to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability Management.
• Experience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies.

Responsibilities
