Job summary

Haven is hiring a SIA-licensed Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation at the holiday park in the United Kingdom. You will monitor and patrol to keep guests, owners and staff safe, and help manage park access and incidents efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience, preferably in hospitality or leisure.
• Strong communication skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service aligned with Haven values.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access management, permitting only authorised individuals on site.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with team members to create a safe, enjoyable environment.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our fun and welcoming facilities team at Haven! As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
