Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a security officer to protect our customer's property, people and assets by following published Assignment Instructions and site-specific changes.

You will complete required training, obtain front-line licences (SIA) and stay compliant with health and safety laws while delivering on KPIs to help retain contracts. This role is on-site with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA Licence is required and CCTV PSS SIA Licence eligibility specified.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets as directed by AI's.
• Meet and, where possible, exceed KPIs/SLA to aid contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with UK law, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Follow published Instructions and review changes for service improvements.
• Maintain professional conduct and report incidents accurately.
