Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Security Officer to protect client property, people and assets in line with site Assignment Instructions (AIs) and updates. You will deliver results that meet KPIs and SLAs, maintain compliance with policies, laws, and licensing requirements (SIA front-line licence) and undertake ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services across sites.
• Front-line SIA licence is required.
• SC clearance desirable for certain contracts.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
• Fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Proactively review AI changes and suggest amendments to improve service levels.
• Maintain compliance with industry and statutory legislation and renew licences as required (including CCTV PSS Licence).
• Follow instructions and procedures, work in a systematic and orderly way.
