Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a security officer to protect our customer’s property and assets on site. You will work to meet KPIs and SLAs, and contribute to the retention of the contract through reliable service and proactive attitude.

You will complete required training, renew licences on schedule, and adhere to UK law and site policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment for the client and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services on-site
• Ability to adhere to policies and legal requirements
• Willingness to undertake required training and licence renewals

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets per AI's and SLA targets.
• Meet KPIs and service levels; contribute to contract retention.
• Complete competency training and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with UK law, policies and safety requirements.
• Renew front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry; maintain CCTV SIA Licence.
