Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking security professionals to protect sites, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions (AI's) and legal requirements. The role requires a valid SIA license and a driving licence, with on-site duties across customer locations in the UK.

You will strive to meet KPIs and SLAs, complete mandatory training, and renew frontline licences on schedule. The company offers a flexible benefits scheme, earnings protection and career development

Qualifications

• Experience in security roles is required.
• SIA license (Security Industry Authority) required.
• Driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets per AI's and site instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to retain the contract.
• Complete required competency training and continuous self-development.
• Obtain and renew front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
• Follow safety regulations and report hazards on site.
