You will meet KPIs and SLAs with full responsibility, undertake required training, and maintain an SIA security licence. The role emphasises compliance with UK law, health and safety, and professional conduct, with a competitive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence held or in place; front-line licence mandatory.
• SC clearance desirable for certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets on site in line with Assignment Instructions and UK law.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs with full responsibility to aid contract retention.
• Undertake required training to support self-development and licence renewal.
• Maintain compliance with industry and statutory legislation, including reporting incidents.
• Follow instructions and procedures, maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Complete accurate notebook entries after incidents for reports.
