Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom seeks a security officer to protect client property, people and assets by delivering on-site security in line with published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any changes. You will strive to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, taking accountability to help retain the contract while maintaining professional conduct.

A front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) is required, with CCTV PSS

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA license is mandatory.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets on-site per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet or exceed KPIs / SLAs to aid contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences ahead of expiry.
• Comply with UK law and safety requirements on site.
• Maintain accurate incident notebooks and report incidents promptly.
