Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Officer to protect property, people and assets in accordance with site AI’s and updates. You will be responsible for delivering results that meet KPIs and SLAs, while maintaining high standards of professional conduct on site.

You will undertake training to develop skills and ensure licence validity, with a focus on compliant operations, incident reporting and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence required; CCTV/door supervision where applicable.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by delivering security services per site Assignment Instructions (AI’s).
• Meet or exceed KPIs in the Service Level Agreement for the customer.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing professional development.
• Comply with policies, legal/regulatory requirements and UK law.
• Maintain incident logs and communicate effectively with the client and team.
