Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect customer premises and assets across designated sites. You will follow Assignment Instructions (AI's) and stay compliant with UK law, safeguarding people, property and information.

With a valid SIA licence, you will contribute to meeting KPIs and SLA targets, undertake ongoing training, and renew your licences ahead of expiry while maintaining professional conduct in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence mandatory and valid.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Assignment Instructions (AI's) and UK law.
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Carry out check calls at assigned times.
• Protect property, people and assets as per KPI/SLA.
