Sytner Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host for Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune. You will greet customers, guide them to the right department and help create a welcoming showroom experience.

As the first impression on the phone, you’ll handle calls with a warm, efficient approach and support the Welcome team with day-to-day duties and a flexible schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Warm and cheerful phone manner, able to efficiently transfer calls.
• Proactive communicator with management and dealership teams.
• Strong organisational and preparation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guests, directing them to the correct department.
• Manage incoming calls and connect diallers to the right department promptly.
• Offer refreshments and contribute to a personalised showroom experience.
• Support the team with flexible patterns including weekends.
