Mercedes-Benz Sunderland is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host to join the Welcome team. You will warmly greet customers, direct them to the appropriate department, manage calls, and ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Weekend pattern is Thursday to Sunday, with flexible part-time shifts to maintain high service levels. As the first point of contact, you will convey a warm, upbeat voice, coordinate with dealership teams, and proactively anticipate customer needs while delivering
