Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Receptionist for Mercedes-Benz Bury St Edmunds. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet visitors warmly, and manage calls and messages with efficiency. This role requires excellent communication and the ability to maintain a welcoming showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role delivering a positive customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a friendly, professional manner.
• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
