Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Edinburgh is seeking a full-time Showroom Host at the Douglas Park BMW showroom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a welcoming, professional experience and supporting Sales and Service teams with administration and enquiries.

With a focus on outstanding customer service and knowledge of the BMW brand, you will help maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and contribute to a positive impression for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience essential.
• Able to handle telephone enquiries.
• Support Sales and Service teams with admin duties.
• Knowledge of the BMW brand preferred.

• Welcome guests visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive a pleasant and professional welcome.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Showroom Host based at our Douglas Park BMW showroom in Edinburgh.

As our customers' first point of contact, you will provide an outstanding and professional service to our customers at all times to create a lasting impression. As part of this role you will be responsible for sales administration duties, handling telephone enquiries and providing ongoing support for both the Sales and Service departments. To be considered for the Showroom Host role candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and have an approachable manner.

What will I do as a Showroom Host?
