B&Q Harlow is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers design and buy kitchen and bathroom solutions. You’ll ask questions, understand needs and guide customers through products, finance options and installation choices.

You’ll use design software to create inspirational ideas, coordinate multiple projects, and support customers both in person and remotely as needed. This full-time role requires a flexible rota including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with ability to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
