Job summary

B&Q Bedford is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers bring their kitchen and bathroom ideas to life, both in store and online. You’ll design options using software, discuss finance, products, and installation, and guide customers from inspiration to delivery.

You’ll work as part of a team, thrive on targets, and rotate weekends/evenings; training and incentives are included. An attractive package with bonus opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues and installers.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Team player with a good eye for design and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs, ask questions, and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face to face.
• Guide customers on a journey from inspiration through to delivery.
