Job summary

B&Q Northampton is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers realise their kitchen and bathroom ideas. You’ll discuss needs, offer finance and product options, and use software to present inspiring designs. You’ll coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers both in-store and online to turn ideas into delivery.

You’ll need strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork, with a drive to hit targets and deliver excellent service in a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
