Job summary

B&Q Bedford is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a full-time basis (36.75 hours weekly) to help customers turn bold kitchen and bathroom ideas into reality. You will design, advise on products and installation options, and guide customers from concept to delivery.

We offer a competitive salary (£14.10/hour, £26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for targets, plus a £3,000 top-performer award and additional incentives. Weekend/evening/bank holiday rota is required.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Guide customers from inspirational ideas through to delivery and completion.
