B&Q Leeds is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers bring kitchen and bathroom ideas to life. You’ll balance sales with service, using design software to illustrate options and guiding customers through finance, products and installation choices.

You'll coordinate multiple projects, support customers in-store and virtually, and work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays. A friendly, team-focused approach is essential.

Formación

• You’ll be great at using technology and have brilliant communication and relationship-building skills.
• You’ll be comfortable converting designs into sales and working to targets.
• You’ll collaborate with colleagues and installers to deliver top service.
