Job summary

B&Q Chippenham is recruiting a part-time Showroom Advisor to help customers turn kitchen and bathroom ideas into reality. You will work 24 hours per week on shifts from 7.00am to 8.00pm across Monday to Sunday, with a focus on great service and converting designs into sales.

You’ll use showroom software to create inspirational designs, coordinate multiple projects, and support customers from initial ideas through to delivery. Weekend and bank holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets with ability to convert designs into sales.
• Comfortable using technology and software to produce designs.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products, and installation options.
• Coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
