B&Q Cribbs Causeway is hiring a Showroom Advisor. You’ll help customers explore kitchen and bathroom ideas, guide them through products and services, and use software to turn concepts into live designs. The role blends in-store support with virtual assistance to deliver end-to-end project journeys.

The successful candidate will combine strong communication with a knack for design, embracing targets and working across weekends and bank holidays in a friendly, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Able to work in a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and propose finance, products, and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face to face from idea to delivery.
