Job summary

B&Q Thornbury is offering a Showroom Advisor Apprentice role, working 30 hours per week on a shift pattern, with an expected duration of 13 months and a permanent contract afterwards. The position focuses on customer guidance, product and installation options, and inspirational designs for customers' projects.

Training leads to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship with virtual workshops and on/off-the-job elements.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face from idea to delivery.
• Work with colleagues and installers to ensure the best service on every project.
