Job summary

B&Q Huddersfield is offering a part-time Showroom Advisor role (30 hours per week) with a permanent contract. You will help customers design showroom solutions, discuss finance options and guide projects from idea to delivery.

Training is provided towards the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, with a focus on inspiring, design-led service and strong team collaboration. The role includes weekend/evening shifts, bonuses for targets, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommend finance and installation options.
• Produce inspirational designs using showroom software.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually.
• Convert designs into sales and meet targets as part of a team.
