B&Q Tamworth is seeking a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom teams and installers from design to installation. You’ll use design software, communicate via phone, email and face-to-face interactions to keep customers updated and delivered on their projects.

The role includes pursuing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship and developing sales and service skills. You'll need strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work a rota
