Job summary

B&Q Thornbury is seeking a Showroom Advisor on a permanent 30-hour per week contract. You will help customers bring home improvement projects to life using design software and sales support, while pursuing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. There are bonuses, great benefits and ongoing training for you.

The role includes weekend and evening shifts on a rota and a competitive hourly rate (£14.10ph) with a £3,000 top performing bonus scheme across top colleagues.

Qualifications

• Attend Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship while working.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers using design software to realise projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers in-store and virtually.
• Guide customers from inspiration to delivery and achieve sales targets.
