Job summary

B&Q Tamworth is seeking a Showroom Advisor Apprentice to support our showroom teams and installers, delivering a seamless and professional service for customers. You’ll assist via phone, email, or face-to-face, keeping customers updated from enquiry to completion, and use design software to bring projects to life while recommending finance and installation options.

This apprenticeship lasts 13 months with a permanent contract on completion.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong communication and relationship-building to support showroom teams and installers.
• Must use technology effectively and manage projects with a focus on design and customer service.
• Willingness to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers with advice to deliver a seamless service.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email, or face-to-face until project completion.
• Use design software to visualise customer projects and explore options.
• Recommend finance, products and installation options to customers.
