Job summary

B&Q Leven is hiring a Showroom Advisor for a permanent part-time role of 30 hours per week, with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 8.00am to 8.00pm. You will focus on customer service, design inspiring solutions, and guiding customers from ideas to delivery.

You’ll use technology and design tools to help customers choose options, achieve sales targets, and work as part of a team including installers. Benefits and bonuses accompany a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Team player with good problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible roster including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to recommend the right finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from ideas through to delivery.
