ABM UK is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage cleaning and security teams in a bustling retail centre in Wallsend. You will oversee daily staffing, ensure adherence to ABM policies and health and safety standards, and act as on-site point of contact when the Soft Services Manager is away.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead cleaning and security teams in a fast-paced retail centre.
• Experience with scheduling, audits, and staff supervision.
• Proficiency inHealth and Safety compliance and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning and security teams within a retail shopping centre.
• Carry out daily cleaning audits and supervise areas identified.
• Set up, stock and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor sanitation and organisation of assigned areas.
• Assist Centre Managers to ensure optimal service for clients.
• Provide training on equipment and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and client representatives.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
