Job summary

ABM is seeking a Cleaning and Security Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering operational management for a retail contract. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensure quality cleaning, and uphold health and safety standards on site.

The role requires experience in cleaning/security supervision, strong communication, and the ability to work on a shift pattern including Tuesday to Saturday. Benefits and training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage a team to deliver cleaning services in a shopping centre.
• Carry out daily cleaning audits and manage completion of areas identified.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organisation of assigned areas.
• Assist Centre Managers to ensure optimum service to clients.
• Provide training on ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers.
• Ensure PPE compliance and health & safety policies.
• Act as on-site contact in absence of Soft Services Manager.
