Job summary

ABM is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager and stand in during their absence, overseeing the contractual operation at an outdoor centre. You will lead cleaning and security teams and ensure tasks are completed to ABM standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, health and safety adherence, and the ability to schedule staff, manage supplies, and engage with clients. A proactive, flexible approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and supervise cleaning and security teams.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage cleaning and security teams in an Outdoor centre environment.
• Carry out Daily Cleaning audits and manage completion of areas identified.
• Set up, stock, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organisation of assigned areas.
• Assist Centre Manager when needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
• Provide training to your team and ensure PPE compliance.
