Job summary

ABM is seeking a Supervisory professional to manage cleaning and security services at the Viking Shopping Centre. You will oversee staff scheduling, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies while coordinating with the Soft Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety procedures compliance is required across all tasks.
• Staff scheduling and coverage must be in place daily.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Lead and engage cleaning and security teams to deliver high service levels.
• Provide training and supervise team members to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work within Cleaning and security teams in an Outdoor centre environment.
• Carry out daily cleaning audits and manage completion of identified areas.
• Lead and engage a team to deliver high cleaning services externally across the centre.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Assist Centre Manager to ensure optimum service to clients.
• Undertake additional duties as required and participate in monthly training.
