Qualifications

• Proven CRO and structured experimentation experience.
• Experience managing sites across multiple regions or storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site performance across all Shopify storefronts.
• Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category and campaign.
• Run regular full-site audits for UX friction and checkout issues.
• Lead CRO through structured testing of landing pages.
• Manage performance reporting across conversion rates and revenue.
