Job summary

Cranberry Panda in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious E-Commerce Manager to own day-to-day performance of the premium DTC online store, driving revenue, CRO and customer experience. You’ll lead platform development, collaborate with Marketing, CRM and Creative, and shape the ecommerce roadmap to support growth across markets.

You will bring hands-on Shopify experience, strong trading instincts, and a data-driven approach to optimise conversion and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an ecommerce website for a DTC brand.
• Hands-on with Shopify and significant platform development or transformation projects are highly advantageous.
• Strong trading, CRO, UX and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily performance and trading of the eCommerce website.
• Manage KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, checkout performance.
• Develop and deliver the CRO and website optimisation roadmap.
