Job summary

365 People is recruiting a Logistics Supervisor for night operations in Lutterworth. The role covers both transport and warehouse activities, with hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor and a focus on supervision during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will lead from the front, supervise a team, and manage changing priorities while ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. A 4-on 4-off pattern with 18:00–06:00 hours applies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader capable of getting involved on the floor.
• Confident supervising and motivating an operational team.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night transport and warehouse operation.
• Coordinate drivers, deliveries, collections and daily priorities.
• Supervise and support Warehouse Operatives.
• Monitor picking, sorting, loading and dispatch activity.
• Resolve delays and operational problems throughout the night.
• Maintain Health & Safety and operational standards.
• Ensure an effective handover to the day team.
