Sue Ryder shop in Ilkeston is seeking a Shop Supervisor. You will lead the shop team, drive sales and support stock, merchandising and health & safety. The role supports volunteers and engages with the local community to generate donated stock.

The role offers part-time hours (7.5 per week) with a salary of £12.79 per hour and various benefits. Join a purpose-driven charity focused on fundraising for palliative care services.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Cash handling/till work.
• Basic IT skills (emails/instant messaging/video calls).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Lone working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, income and performance against targets.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent service to customers and donors.
• Build community relationships to generate quality donated stock.
• Recruit, train and retain a volunteer team.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Manage stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh and well presented.
• Champion the Sue Ryder brand in-store campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
