Sue Ryder Care is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our Sherwood shop in Nottingham. This permanent, on-site role offers 30 hours per week across four days and a pay rate of £12.79 per hour.

You will support the manager and team, drive sales, recruit and develop volunteers, maintain merchandising standards and uphold health and safety. Responsibilities

• Drive sales, income and performance against targets.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent service to customers and donors.
• Build strong relationships with local community to source quality donated stock.
• Recruit, train and retain a committed volunteer team.
• Maintain high merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh and well presented.
• Champion the Sue Ryder brand in-store campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
