Job summary

Sue Ryder Care is seeking a Shop Supervisor for the Littlemoor shop. The role requires leading a sizeable volunteer team, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will assist the Shop Manager, oversee stock and merchandising, and ensure high standards while supporting Sue Ryder’s fundraising mission. Part-time hours across weekends with a fixed-term contract. Salary £12.79 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team of volunteers and staff.
• Good numeracy, cash handling and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Shop Manager to run the Littlemoor shop.
• Deliver sales targets and lead a large volunteer team.
• Oversee merchandising, stock control and shop standards.
• Represent Sue Ryder in store campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
