Job summary
Sue Ryder Care in Reading is seeking a Shop Supervisor at Shinfield Road to lead a busy charity shop, drive sales and donor engagement while upholding high merchandising and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales, income and performance against targets.
- Motivate the team to deliver excellent service to customers and donors.
- Build community relationships to generate donated stock.
- Recruit, train and retain a committed volunteer team.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
- Manage stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh and well presented.
- Champion the Sue Ryder brand and fundraising initiatives.
