Job Summary. We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee our retail operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goods. Responsibilities include reconciling cash receipts, inventory management, enforcing safety, health, and security rules, preventing stock damage and theft, monitoring displays, and investigating market trends. Addressing customer requests and complaints is also essential. A good understanding of marketing, sales, retail industry trends, supervisory skills, and retail management knowledge is required. Familiarity with applicable rules and regulations is vital.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate shop staff, providing guidance and support.
2. Manage inventory levels and order stock as needed.
3. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment.
