As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You’ll support your team and lead by example, playing a vital role in creating a positive environment for everyone.
