As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine connections by celebrating successes!

Requirements include:

  • Relevant experience as a Store Manager or similar role within retail or hospitality.
  • People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
  • Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A 5-year checkable work history.
  • A clean criminal record check (CRB/DBS).
  • Availability to work early shifts starting at 3 AM three days per week and late shifts ending at 10 PM on two days per week.
