As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, collected, and hands-on both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will lead by example and support your team to achieve their best.
