As an Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee operational activities including inventory management, cash handling, compliance, and staff supervision.
• Ensure high operational standards and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate merchandise shipments and implement inventory control procedures.

Cash Handling and Loss Prevention:

• Manage cash processes, supervise cashiers, and collaborate with loss prevention teams.

Store Operations:

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Identify operational improvements.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Guide and evaluate staff, train new employees, foster a positive environment.

Customer Service:

• Promote a welcoming atmosphere, resolve customer issues, support customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail operations or supervisory roles preferred.
