Greggs is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate a team to deliver fast and friendly service to customers across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels. You will be responsible for ensuring a brilliant customer experience whether customers shop in-store or online.

Qualifications

• If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.

• Keep a close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers.
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming.
