Greggs plc is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and engage colleagues, monitor wage and waste controls, and ensure excellent customer experiences both in-store and online.

Your role includes hands-on food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, stock levels and welcoming shop ambience. A strong track record in retail or food-on-the-go is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in food-on-the-go or retail.
• Commitment to inclusive culture and respect for diverse colleagues.
