Greggs is looking for a proactive Shop Manager to lead a team delivering fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues while maintaining high standards and controlling costs to ensure a brilliant customer experience.

Whether customers order in store or online, you’ll keep the shop clean, well stocked and welcoming, fostering an inclusive culture and supporting a team through busy periods with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager in retail/food-on-the-go.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high store standards.
