Job summary

Greggs Plc is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team, delivering fast and friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll ensure excellent standards, recruit and train staff, and monitor wage controls and stock to keep the shop performing at its best.

If you have experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager in food-on-the-go or retail, you’ll excel at delivering outstanding customer service.

• Proven ability to drive engagement and development of colleagues.
• Strong focus on customer service and retail operations.
