Job summary

St. Rocco’s Hospice in Warrington is seeking a Charity Shop Manager to lead a team of dedicated volunteers and drive the success of our charity shop. You will oversee daily operations, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service to support patient care.

This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, with hours published by the line manager; some flexibility and additional hours may be required. DBS and right to work checks apply.

Our network of charity shops play a crucial role in raising funds to support our vital services, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Charity Shop Manager to work in one of our shops leading a team of dedicated volunteers and driving the success of our shop.

Hours of work are37.5hours per week worked over 5days betweenMondaytoSundayat days and times notified by your line manager. These hours do not include a ½ hour unpaid meal break which you will be entitled to take if you work a shift lasting longer than 6 hours. You may be required to work additional hours to those published.
