Job summary

St Rocco’s Hospice is seeking a Charity Shop Manager in Warrington to lead a team of volunteers and drive donations and sales for our charity shops.

This full-time role (37.5 hours, 5 days over 7, including weekends) involves managing day-to-day shop operations, stock and merchandising, staff and volunteer training, and shop administration, with a focus on community fundraising and service excellence.

St Rocco’s Hospice is a registered charity, not part of the NHS and it costs over £5 million to run the Hospice every year. We rely on support from the community of Warrington, both through volunteering time and donating money to enable us to continue our existing services.
